Early Morning Weekday Run
These runs are so rare for me, but had no excuse not to take advantage of being home today. The new school year began today, my kids had orientation and that means an entire day dedicated to all 3 kids. My little Sophie is a kindergartener, I can’t believe it. Wow, I’ve a 3rd and 4th Grader. Such a good picture of them, mostly smiling and facing the camera.
Back to running. I work up with a plan to run about 2 miles, with all that was going on today. The weather was exceptional, it was cool, and not too much sun. I felt pretty good and when I was done, I ran 4.5 miles at 9.21 pace. I remember when staying at a 10.0 pace was a struggle, it’s not a cake walk yet, but I feel in control.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve completed about 6 projects. I’ll make it a priority to take photos wnd review them. As the cool air sets in, I’ll be sewing more fall styles. I’m really into sweaters and sweater dresses right now. I’ve also purchased Mimi G Style patterns and plan to review them. Click here to purchase pattern 1276 knit dress and 1283 Separates (includes unlined jacket, knit top, pants and skirt) I’ve watched her videos and she is a great instructor.
Thanks for visiting,
